Para materia Debora

On June 3, 2020, the first LabPesq's defense totally remote/virtual took place. As part of the international project GULLS (FAPESP/Belmont Forum), the Master's study Mapping social agents in the climate change-fishing interface associated with key communities on the Southeast coast of Brazil, was presented to the examining board, which consisted of the external members Prof. Solange Teles da Silva (Faculty of Law of Mackenzie University), and Prof. Leo Dutra, from CSIRO (Australia).

The interdisciplinary board invited by the Graduate Program on Oceanography of USP satisfactorily evaluated the study and provided a rich and in-depth discussion, with praise for the author's merit. The study was a key contribution to the future of fishing communities, and the potential mechanisms of governance in the face of the changes already observed and to come. With great joy, we thank the evaluators for their contribution and congratulate Debora on her success during her defense and impeccable presentation. Although the dissertation is already a great reference, a new publication on the subject will soon be available.
