"The blue economy and the sustainable development goals" was the title of the public lecture given on the 16th National Science and Technology Week (SNCT) in Brasilia (360 Stage of the Parque da Cidade Pavillion) on October 24th. The week's theme of the SNCT 2019 was “Bioeconomics: Diversity and Wealth for Sustainable Development" with the objective of discussing the potential for the sustainable use of biodiversity while disclosing the work of researchers and institutions regarding the theme in Brazil.
